SMIHPL's service is presently limited to:

■  Loosening and tightening of Turbine Horizontal Joint (Parting Plane) Bolts.
■  Opening and closing of Generator Retaining Rings.
■  Generator / Alternator Slip Rings.
■  Shrunk Fitted Components, such as Couplings and Turbine Rotor Discs.
■  Stress Relieving of Welded Joint by Induction Heating.
■  Application of Induction Heating for rapid temperature increase in a material or a joint.

Site Requirements

Power Supply
■  Each machine requires minimum 415 volts 3 phase four wire (with neutral) supply at 150 amps.

Water Supply
■  Each machine requires a continuous water supply of 8 to 10 Gpm at 40 PSI
